This four-day adventure is packed with exploration, learning, and outdoor fun across Indiana. The trip begins with a day at Columbian Park Zoo and Columbian Park, featuring animal encounters, train and pedal boat rides, and playtime at the SAI Playground. The next day takes students to Ball State University, where they’ll explore the Muncie Children’s Museum, gaze at the stars in the Charles W. Brown Planetarium, and discover native plant life at Christy Woods.

The journey continues with a visit to Hayes Arboretum, where students can hike wooded trails and learn about conservation before heading to Salamonie Reservoir for camping, campfire fun, and a nighttime hike. The trip wraps up with hands-on programming at Salamonie and a muddy, memory-making creek stomp at Hathaway Preserve at Ross Run before returning home.

Parents provide transportation to Metro North Elementary School, and then transportation to learning experiences is provided.
