To be eligible for the employer matching option, a 403(b) account must be established before the employer will contribute money into a 401(a). Is it the employee's responsibility to set up your individual 403(b) with any of the approved vendors. We will have representatives contact you to set up the Board's 401(a) matching annuity accounts.
